It captures the voices of master architects, including KAP commissioner Toyo Ito, while tracing the living, breathing works of architecture found throughout Kumamoto—such as Riken Yamamoto's collective housing and Hiroshi Ota's Takamori Station. Within a virtuous cycle where administrative autonomy is guaranteed and architects can fully unleash their creativity, spaces transcend mere physical structures to weave themselves into the daily lives of citizens.

Cheol-ho is a spinal cord injury patient who became paralyzed due to a sudden accident. His only guardian was his father, Seong-gyu, until he died in cancer. Seong-gyu, a wealthy man, foresaw that leaving his son with a large inheritance and no family would make him vulnerable to unscrupulous individuals.
